SteamMaster Charity Golf Tournament

Join Us for SteamMaster's 19th Annual Charity Golf Outing!

 

Get ready to tee up for a great cause! We invite you to join us on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the beautiful Sonnenalp Golf Club (1265 Berry Creek Rd, Edwards CO 81632). The event will kick off with a 10:00 AM Scramble Tee Off.

This incredible annual event supports our community's first responders and local charities. This year, beneficiaries include the Eagle County Emergency Responders Fund (ECERF), Mountain Valley Horse Rescue, and the Vail Valley Charitable Fund. Over the past 18 years, this tournament has raised over $600,000 for local non-profits, and your support is tax-deductible through the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

Player Registration Team registration is $1,400 per team, and individual players are welcome at $350 each (individuals will be paired with a team if possible). All registrations include breakfast, a box lunch, and an after-party buffet!

Sponsorship Opportunities Show your community support by becoming an event sponsor:

  • Title Sponsor ($10,000): Two complimentary foursomes, tee box booth, additional hole signage, two banners, gift bags, and all tournament media.

  • After Party Sponsor ($5,000): One complimentary foursome, tee box booth, 3 hole signage, clubhouse banner, and logo on materials/gift bags.

  • Lunch Box Sponsor ($3,500): One complimentary foursome, banner and booth at one hole, 3 holes of signage, and logo in gift bags/emails.

  • Gold Sponsor ($2,500): One complimentary foursome, banner and booth at one hole, info in gift bags, and logo on lunch box.

  • Emergency Responder Sponsor ($1,400): Banner, 1 hole sign, info in gift bags, and funds a buffet for emergency responders.

  • Booth Sponsor ($1,000): Company booth at tee box to talk with golfers/handout materials, plus breakfast and lunch for your team.

  • Sponsor a First Responder ($350): Fund an individual local emergency responder to golf.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
